Online Shipping Charges Dilemma - To Buy or Not to Buy

There are some commonly asked questions about shipping options. Shipping on online purchases is has proven to be one of the most confusing issues and it has created a lot of discomfort among online shoppers. We often find a product at the right cost but surprisingly additional costs and fees are added such as high shipping cost, handling fees etc. to the order. Therefore, shoppers often lose interest and abandon shopping carts.

How will I Receive My Order?

A: We take pride in packing and shipping your order carefully. Your order will arrive in a simple white box with your jewelry purchase, a free jewelry box, free authenticity card, free velour pouch, bright burgundy or beige color velour pouch and your invoice or packaging slip if the order if a gift to someone else.

How do I Know what Shipping Charges are?

A: Free shipping within the Continental U.S. See rush shipping choices during checkout. We will tell you upfront before you will enter your payment information. Your shopping cart page will show you various rates from various shipping vendors. Choose the cheapest that you like. We do not make profit on shipping charges. During checkout, we bring up shipping charges directly from FedEx, UPS and USPS. They are real time and are available to you based on your zip code. We do not interfere in these shipping charges. You can choose any shipping options such as next day, overnight or simple priority mail that suits your need. We will be happy to ship by any option of your choice. If no option is selected, we will ship our order by USPS Priority Mail within the U.S.

Do You Offer Dynamic Shipping Rates?

A: You will see dynamic or real time shipping rates that are pulled directly from UPS and FedEx based on the shipping address you provide during checkout. Our system talks to shipping vendors' databases and pulls estimated shipping cost options for your order based on your shipping zip code. You can choose FedEx, UPS or USPS as your preferred carrier.

Do You Ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

A: Yes, gladly. We welcome orders to APO and FPO addresses. Our troops work hard for us overseas and a lovely gift from home can bring a delight to their life often in hard conditions. All Orders to APO/FPO/DPO receive free shipping.

Which Shipping Carrier do You Use?

A: You can select to select any other shipping carrier during checkout. We will be happy to ship according to your choice. The United States Post Office is reliable and effective in processing on time deliveries and insurance claims in case of lost shipments.

Do you Ship International Orders?

A: Yes. Today, anyone in any corner of the world with a simple access to the internet can order a gift he or she likes any time the day or night. We are a global store and we are open 24 hours a day on all 7 days. There are only a few exceptions of certain countries as stated below.

Exceptions of Certain Countries

We do not ship to any country, province, island or place in Africa, Island Nations, Israel, and Latin America, We ship only to certain parts of the Middle East. We also do not ship to any country that is embargoed or otherwise a restricted destination, an organization, or individual as specified and listed by the United States government of any of its bodies.

What about Fees and Taxes on International Orders?

A: We do not collect any taxes or fees on international orders. Paying any country or local taxes and fees such as VAT, custom or import fees is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Do You Ship to P.O. Office Box Address?

A: No. we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. All shipments require a telephone number and an address specifying if it is a business or residential. All deliveries must be made to a physical address (except APO/FPO addresses).
